REALTIME Remote System Monitoring (RSM)

REALTIME Remote System Monitoring comes as standard to all our Support Agreement customers. But what does this system do? Essentially, it is an early warning system that has been written by our own in house software developers.

Unlike other IT Support companies, our system is REALTIME - this means we see the alerts as they happen, not at the end of the day or week when it is often too late to do anything about it. When our software discovers an issue, it sends us a “panic” signal which is seen by both our Helpdesk staff and on-call Engineers.

The system monitors the following:

• Monitors Servers, Network Electronics & Critical PC’s
• Server/Critical PC Monitoring Comprises: Disk Space, NT Event Logs
• Security:  Intrusion Attempts & Virus Activity, Backups
• Network Monitoring comprises: Device up/down of Switches, Routers, Firewalls etc, Intrusion detection, Internet Connections & VPN Tunnels
