Experience and enthusiasm are great, and we’ve got them by the bucket-load. But they’re not enough on their own. They need backing up with all the right intelligence and resources.
Our custom real time remote system monitoring is provided with all support contracts and alerts us if anything on your system is starting to go wrong.
At Catalyst, we believe that whatever support level fits your business, you will always receive outstanding customer service and flexibility.
We offer four standard levels of support to match with our customer’s needs and budgets. If these do not match your requirements, we will be more than happy to put together a bespoke package for you.
All support contracts come with an agreement including exactly what is covered, the service level you can expect, and the agreed cost. The agreement is renewable monthly so you won’t catch us sitting on our laurels!
By taking out one of our service contracts, we offer a 25% to 30% discount (depending upon the service contract option) on our labour rate for any work outside the agreement - upgrades, new installations, data cabling etc.
We offer a FREE full IT system review when taking out one of our service contracts to ensure all systems and software are set up correctly and performing to expected standards.
All contracts come with a minimum cover of:
- Hardware failures (Parts and labour inclusive)
- Help desk phone support (9.00am to 5.30pm)
- Remote access (enables almost immediate response)
- On site visit
- Remote monitoring of all vital systems with instant alerts if anything starts to go wrong.
